The Los Angeles Reporter's Clinic offers a refund on all class purchases. To qualify for the refund, the following criteria must be met.
1. Refund request must be made within 48 hours of payment.
2. Refund request must be in wrting (email) sent to email@example.com
3. Refund request will include a $100 processing charge, to be deducted from payment amount.
4. All other classes that are paid for, that don't meet the above criteria, can only be rescheduled.
5. By making any payment to LARC, you acknowledge and accept the LARC Refund Policy.
The Los Angeles Reporter's Clinic reserves the right to use any video, image, name and graphic created at LARC for promotion, marketing, commercial, editing purposes at its own discretion.
LARC promotions and marketing include all electronic mediums, including internet, television, radio, mobil device and billboards. It also includes newspaper, magazine, direct marketing, postcards and flyers.
By making any payment to LARC, you acknowledge and accept the policies stated above.
Image releases are on a case-by-case basis. If you choose not to have your image uses, LARC can accommodate your request based on LARC's decision.
